- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
