- 2 bags Simply Potatoes hash browns
- 1 quart heavy cream
- Butter
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heavily butter a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
Spread one bag of hash browns, heavily salt, layer another round of hash browns and heavily salt again.
Pour heavy cream until it rises almost to the top of the potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
