Onion Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 cups chopped sweet onion (squeeze out water on paper towel)
• 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup mayo

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and put into a 2 quart souffle type dish. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees until it starts to brown.

Frito dippers are good to use with it or a variety of crackers.
