Ingredients
- Reserve until pork is cooked:
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 boneless port roast 3 pounds
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 1/2 c chili sauce
- 1/2 c apple sauce
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 1/2 c apple juice

Step 1
Spread onion on bottom of pot. Stir together remaining ingredients. Cover & cook on high 5-6 hours or on low 10-11 hours. Remove pork & wrap in foil. Blend reserved items & add to slow cooker. Cover & cook on hi for 15 minutes. Shred pork, stir into sauce. Maintain heat on simmer until ready to serve.
