Ingredients
- 1 1/2 boiling water
- 3 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 chicken bouillon cube

Preparation
Step 1
Add water to potatoes, celery, onion, parsley flakes, and seasonings and bouillon cube. Cover.
cook until tender. Blend flour with a small amount of milk; stir into vegetable mixture. Add remaining milk; cook until thickened. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
