Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1-2 yellow squash
- 8-10 sun dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for 30-60 minutes. Grill breasts and slice into strips. Set aside.
Reconstitute sun dried tomatoes for 30 minutes or until soft.
Saute peppers, squash, tomatoes, garlic, onions and red pepper.
Add chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice to vegetables. Cook until reduced by half. Watch carefully to reduce to right amount of sauce.
Add chicken and cook until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve over spaghetti or penne pasta.
May add teriyaki sauce if needed
