Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups canned chickpeas, well rinsed and patted dry
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbs natural peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup Honey (or agave)
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Step 1
Preheat 350
Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a food processor and process until smooth. Make sure to scrape down sides to get big chunks, and process again until smooth.
Put in the chocolate chips and stir if you can, or pulse a few times. Mix will be very thick.
With wet hands, form into 1.5" balls. Place onto parchment paper. Press down slightly if you want them to look like normal cookies. Bake 10 Minutes
