Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. tapioca
  • 8 peaches (4 c.)
  • Double Pie Crust
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, tapioca, lemon juice and peaches. Let stand 15 minutes. Line a 9x13 pyrex pan with pie crusts. Spread peach mixture over pastry.

Combine flour, brown sugar and spices cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans and sprinkle over peaches. Bake 400 degrees 40-45 minutes.
