Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cook and serve chocolate pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- Sauce: 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
In saucepan or microwave, prepare pudding with milk according to pkg. directions for pudding. Pour into mixing bowl; add dry cake mix and beat until well blended. Spread into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Cool on wire rack.
For sauce: in heavy saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Stir in evaporated milk and sugar until smooth. Bring to boil over med. heat; cook and stir for 8 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm sauce over cake.
