- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c vegetable oil

Step 1
Mix dry cake mix and oil until crumbly. Reserved 1 c crumbs. Pat the res in a 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and bake another 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
