Jalapeno Shish Kabob
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 cored bell peppers,cut into small squares
- 1 onion, cut into small squares
- Season chicken with Pantry Club Gourmet Jalapeno Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Using a stick or skewer put a piece of chicken, onion and pepper and repeat until stick is filled. Leave enough space on each end to handle the stick. Cok on barbecues grill or bake in oven until chicken is fully cooked. Saute some mixed vegetables for a niche side dish.
