Preparation

Step 1

Place a piece of parchment paper into an 8x8 baking dish. Set aside.
In a large saucepan combine the peanut butter chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low until melted and creamy. Stir in the marshmallow cream. Stir until completely mixed. Pour into the prepared dish. Let set about 30 minutes.
In a clean saucepan combine the white chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat until melted and creamy. Stir in the marshmallow cream until mixed. Let cool 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the quartered peanut butter cups gently, but quickly. Do not stir too much. The peanut butter cups will start to melt, but this will give you a pretty swirl in the white chocolate. Pour over the set peanut butter layer. Let set at least 5 minutes. Place the little halved minis on top of the fudge in a 6x6 grid. Let cool until completely set. Cut into 36 squares. Store in a sealed container on the counter. Makes 36 pieces of fudge.
