Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Party Mix
  • 16 oz. container of sour cream
  • 2-3 broccoli florets, cut into mini florets
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced small
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and diced small
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced small

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix; Cover and refrigerate. Remove the crescent dough from the packaging. *Do NOT unroll the dough!* Cut each tube into eight slices. Arrange the slices on an ungreased baking sheet. You can also arrange the slices in a circle on an ungreased pizza pan. Bake the rolls at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. While the rolls are baking, cut up the veggies listed above.
Once the rolls are done baking, allow them to cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing them from the pan. Once the rolls are cool, arrange them on the serving plate/platter of your choosing. Spread the Ranch Dip mix over the top of each roll and top with the broccoli, carrots, pepper, and tomato pieces. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
