Warm Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Brie cheese
- 8 oz. jar marinated, julienne sun-dried tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 c. fresh basil leaves, cut in strips
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. pitted, sliced kalamata olives
- 1 lb. cooked rigatoni pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Place Brie cheese in freezer for 2 hrs. to be able to remove rind more easily with knife. Break cheese into pieces. Add all ingredients except pasta, mix together, cover & set aside for 4 hrs. to allow flavors to blend. (Do not refrigerate). Stir @ intervals. Cook pasta & drain, but do not rinse. Fold pasta into mixture & mix well until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
