Ingredients

  • 3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
  • 2 cups garlic,crushed
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole new potaoes
  • 1 (46 oz) can College Inn Beef Broth
  • 1 (16 oz) can sliced carrots,undrained
  • 8 oz. Kielbasa,cut in 1/4-inch thick sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Preparation

Step 1

In large saucepan,over medium high heat cook cabbage and garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.Drain potatoes,reserving liquid,cube potatoes.Add potates,reserved liquid,beef broth,carrots,Kielbasa and tyme to cabbage mixture.Heat to a boill,reduce heat.Cover;simmer 20 minutes.
