- 1 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 6 oz. butter cut into small pieces
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Stir in butter. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until it starts to whiten. Stir in melted chocolate and then the flour. Pour into 4 buttered ramekins. Bake for 30 minutes or until done to the desired firmness. Turn onto plate and serve warm.
