Chicken & Penne

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken soup)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (or 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sour cream)
  • 4 cups cooked penne pasta
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups peas or corn (or mix of both)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all but 1 cup cheese together. Place in 3 quart casserole dish.

Top with remaining cup of cheese.

Bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes.
