Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup confectionery sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped white or dark semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Chopped pecans

Step 1
Cream the cream cheese, butter and confectioners’ sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, brown sugar and chocolate chips and mix well.
Chill, covered for 3 to 10 hours.
Shape into ball and coat with pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
