Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz) cans Pet Evaporated Milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 6 Tblsp butter
  • 3 (4.9 oz) boxes Hungry Jack Cheddar and Bacon Potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 13 X 9 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine evaporated milk, water, butter, potato slices and sauce mix in 5 qt. pot. Cook over medium heat, just until mixture comes to a boil, stir frequently. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and green onions. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
