Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. olive oil, divided
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 potato, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp sugar.

Step 1

Grease 2 baking sheets with a teaspoon each of olive oil. In single layers, arrange sweet potato slices on one sheet; arrange white potato slices on the other. User a pastry brush and remaining olive oil to lightly coat top of each potato slice. Bake at 400 degreese until goldena nd crisp, about 10 mintues. Drain on paper towels. Combine rosemary, lemon zest, salt and pepper. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. While still warm, sprinkle sweet potato chips with cinnamon mixture; sprinkle white potatoe chips with rosemary mixture.
