Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 3 packages 8 oz cream cheese at room temp
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 container 16 oz sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
prepare crust
combine crumbs, sugar, and butter in bowl
press evenly over bottom and 1 inch up sides
in a 9 inch spring form pan
beat cream cheese and sugar at med speed in large bowl until blended
beat in eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice until blended
pour into prepared pan
bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until puffed and golden
transfer to wire rack and let stand 15 minutes
increase oven temp to 450
Prepare topping
stir together sour cream, sugar, and vanillain small bowl until blended
spoon over top of cheese cake spreading evenly
bake 10 minutes just until the topping is set
transfer cheese cake to rack to cool completely
refrigerate overnight
