- OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME LEAVES
- 1/2 TSP DRIED BASIL LEAVES
- 1 CUP CHEDDAR, SWISS, MONTERREY JACK CHEESE

Step 1
MAKE SURE THE BREAD IS CUT INTO 1/2 INCH THICK. PREPARE AND HEAT GRILL. BRUSH BOTH SIDES OF BREAD WITH OLIVE OIL. COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN MEDIUM BOWL AND TOP BREAD WITH THIS CHEESE MIXTURE. PLACE ON GRILL COVER AND GRILL AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT 2-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE BREAD IS TOASTED AND CHEESE IS MELTED.
