Ingredients
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons All purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 Bone-in Chicken Breasts
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Thyme

Step 1
Combine black pepper, paprika and flour in small bowl. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Heat the oil in 12-inch skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until it's well-browned on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet. Add lemon juice, oregano and chicken stock to skillet. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until cooked through..
Note: Any cuts of chicken may be used.
