Ingredients
- 200 grams of dark chocolate (52% cocoa) (7 oz)
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 150 gr caster sugar (5 oz)
- 30 gr plain flour (1 oz)
- 150 gr salted butter (5 oz)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to moderately hot (150 °C, 300 °F)
In a large bowl, put the chocolate and the butter in a microwave for 1-2 minutes
Then add the eggs lightly beaten, the flour and the sugar
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes and serve warm or cold (could be served with custard sauce)
