Ingredients

  • Chicken:
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
  • 4 (6oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh mint

Preparation

Step 1

1. To prepare chicken, combine brown sugar, cumin, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper. Rub over chicken.

2. Grill chicken.

3. To prepare sauce, add garlic to pan, saute 30 seconds. Add juices and honey, cook 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in cilantro and mint. Serve with chicken.
