Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz) fish fillets
- Olive Oil
- 1 medium green pepper, julienned
- 1 medium red pepper, julienned
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 medium onion, julienned
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 c. white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Cut 4 squares foil.
Pat fish dry & place on foil.
Rub w/ olive oil.
Arrange peppers, carrots, & onions over fillets.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Drizzle wine over each fillet.
Fold foil over fish & seal. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
