Ingredients
- 16 graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups fresh huckleberries (do not use frozen berries)
- 24 marshmallows

Step 1
Mix crackers, margarine and sugar. Spread half the mixture into 8-by-8-inch pan and bake at 375 F for five minutes. Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler. Cool to room temperature but do not allow to get too thick. Whip cream and add vanilla. Stir into marshmallow mixture. Put half marshmallow over cracker crust. Add all the berries, then the remaining marshmallow mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker mixture. Chill.
