  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 German chocolate bar, grated
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips

Beat 3 minutes. Add German Chocolate bar. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 1 hours at 350 degrees.
