• 2 cups baking mix
• 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp. ground nutmeg
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 6 tbsp. butter, melted
• 1 cup peeled apples, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the biscuit mix and spices.

Combine the eggs and milk in a separate bowl.

Add the egg mixture to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.

Stir in butter and apple.

Bake in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown.
