Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 20 soda crackers (saltines)
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Beat egg whites adding sugar until stiff.
Crush soda crackers into the egg whites then add the nuts and vanilla (fold all ingredients).
Pour entire mixture into a greased 9" pie pan and back at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let the pie cool then top with whipped cream. Here's quick recipe if you are against Cool Whip :-)
