Ingredients
- unbaked pie shell
- 2 T melted butter
- 8 oz diced cream cheese
- 2 cans drained green chiles
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups fat free half and half
- 1/2 t salt
- dash pepper
- 1 cup shredded jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. brush pie shell with butter and arrange cream cheese over bottom. chill till set.
2. spread chilles on paper towels to drain.
3. combine eggs, cream, and seasonings. beat till blended.
4. sprinkle chilles over cream cheese in pie shell and top with shredded cheese. pour egg mixture over it.
5. bake in preheated oven 425 degrees for 15 minutes. reduce to 350 degrees and keep cooking for 30 minutes.
6. cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
