    Heads of Roamine Lettuce, cut

    green onions

  • Small head of broccoli, cut small

  • Mix and refrigerate

  • 1

    pack ramen noodles crushed

  • 1

    cup walnuts

  • 1

    stick of butter

  • Melt butter and brown noodles and nuts

  • Dressing:

  • 1

    cup light olive oil

  • 1

    cup red wine vinegar

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 2

    tbsp. light soy sauce

  • Make night before and refigerate

Directions

Mix all ingredients when ready to serve. Add 1 package dried cranberrys or cherries
