Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1 c butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c oatmeal
- 1 c shredded coconut
- 2 c Rice Krispies
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla in a mixer bowl and cream well. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture and mix well. Add oatmeal, coconut and Rice Krispies and mix well. Roll into small balls and flatten slightly with hand. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
