Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325F. SLICE A 1/2"OFF TOP OF GARLIC HEAD.CUT THE ROOT END TO SIT FLAT. TAKE OFF SOME OF OUT LAYER OF SKIN BUT ENOUGH TO HOLD THE HEAD TOGETHER. DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND WRAP IN FOIL. BAKE 1 HR. LET COOL ENOUGH TO HANDLE SQUEEZE OUT PASTE AND SET ASIDE. ADD WATER,PINEAPPLE JUICE, TERIYAKI SAUCE, SOY SAUCE AND BROWN SUGAR TO A MEDIUM PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. REDUCE HEAT TO SIMMER. WHISK IN GARLIC THEN REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO PAN. LET SIMMER FOR 40 T0 50 MIN. UNTIL SAUCE IN HALF. IT SHOULD BE SYRUPY AND COAT BACK OF WOODEN SPOON.
