Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz.) fresh salmon fillets, about 1" thick
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 T minced shallot
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 3/4 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl combine lime juice, shallot, honey, ginger and salt. Whisk in olive oil. Set aside 1 T of the mixture in a dish.
2. Coat the salmon with vinaigrette and grill on a greased grill rack over medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until the fish begins to flake when tested with a fork. Be sure to turn once halfway through grilling.
3. Serve with a drizzle of remaining vinaigrette.
