Ingredients
- 33 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
- 11 lime, juiced
- 1/2tsp1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2tsp1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2tsp1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2medium1/2 medium onion, diced
- 22 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1tbsp1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1clove1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat
2. Drain and reserve the lime juice after all the avocados have been coated
3. Using a potato masher, add the salt, cayenne, cumin and mash
4. Fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. Add 1 tbsp of the reserved lime juice. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving
