IN SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, COOK BACON. DRAIN AND CHOP SET ASIDE ON 4
LARGE SQUARES OF HEAVY DUTY FOIL EVENLY DISTRIBUTE POTATOES, CARROT, AND
ONIONS. ARRANGE CHICKEN OVER VEGETABLES AND SPRINKLE WITH BACON. TOP EACH
WITH 2-3 TBSP BUTTER AND SEASON WITH GARLIC SALT. FOLD AND SEAL TIGHTLY
PLACE ON GRILL AND COOK 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK.
