Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. soda
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder

Step 1

Beat eggs well; gradually add sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and baking powder. Then add to other mixture. Bake in layers or cupcakes for 25-30 min.
