Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • 15oz can of Stewed Tomatoes
  • 10-12oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 pinch dried Sweet Basil
  • 1 pinch Chili Powder
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1 pinch granulated Garlic
  • 1 Jalapeno, minced...I use 4 in mine.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown the burger, onions, and peppers in a skillet.

2. Transfer the mixture to your crockpot and add spices. Mix well.

3. Add Velveeta cubes slowly and mix in. Add Montery Jack...mix in.

4. Add Stewed Tomatoes & Mushroom Soup.

5. Turn temp to LOW. Stir it every now and then. It's ready when cheese is melted. Start this a few hours before people will be eating it.

Dip tortilla chips in this stuff...it's great!
