Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chicken broth (beef broth if you're using beef)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- dash red pepper flakes
- 1 lb. chicken, shrimp, beef or pork
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 12 oz. mixed vegetables

Preparation
Step 1
Mix broth, cornstarch, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in frying pan. Add meat and garlic; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until meat is done. Remove meat from pan and set aside.
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in frying pan, add vegies and stir-fry 7 - 9 minutes until tender crisp. Stir in broth mixture and cook stirring until thickened. Stir in meat, stirring until hot.
Top with toasted sesame seeds.
