- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/3 cup Splenda Granular
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Place egg whites in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Beat on high speed with an electric mixer (using the whisk attachment) until frothy. Add cornstarch, cream of tartar, Splenda Granular and vanilla. Beat on high speed until slightly stiff peaks form.
