  • 1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 ounce) package brown and serve sausages
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.
3 Place in an ungreased deep dish baker.
4 Press over the bottom and half way up the sides to form a crust.
5 Seal perforations.
6 Slice sausages and arrange over crust.
7 Sprinkle with cheese.
8 Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the cheese.
9 Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
