Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 c margarine
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 t vanilla
• 5 c flour
• 1 t soda
• 1/2 salt
• 4 t baking powder
• frosting
• 1 2# bag powdered sugar
• 18 T butter
• 3/4 to 1 c whipping cream
• 1 drop vanilla
• color(if desired)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and eggs till smooth. Add margarine sour cream and vanilla. Mix and add dry ingredients. Chill dough 1 hour. Roll out 3/8 inches thick shape and bake 350* 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting
Mix to spreadable consistency.
