Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup Cabot Sour Cream
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 (4.25-ounce) jar diced green chilies, drained
- 3 ounces Sharp%20Cheddar">Cabot Sharp Cheddar, grated (about 3/4 cup)
- 3 ounces Cabot Monterey Jack, grated (about 3/4 cup)

Step 1
1. Spoon beans into bowl and heat in microwave. Spread warm beans over 10-inch serving platter.
2. In small bowl, combine sour cream and seasoning mix; spread over beans. Scatter tomatoes, chilies and cheeses over the top. Serve with salsa and chips.
