- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 can flat anchovies drained
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Romaine lettuce
- Croutons

2. Toss with lettuce, croutons and Parmesan cheese
