Ingredients

  • 2-3 C Chicken Breasts (diced cooked)
  • 2/3 C Celery (diced)
  • 8 oz Water Chestnuts (diced)
  • 8 oz Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 C Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 C Mayo
  • 1 Lemon
  • Potato Chips (Crushed)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients except chips

2. Mix well, pour into 9x13 greased casserole dish. Cover. Refrigerate Overnight.

3. Before baking, top with crushed chips.

Bake 425 for 12-15 minutes
