Ingredients
- 4 to 6 lbs chuck roast
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

Preparation
Step 1
Place roast on large sheet of heavy duty foil. Mix soups and cover roast with soup mixture. Add potatoes and bring foil up and over roast. Roll and secure edges tightly, about 6 inches above roast.
