Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 1 cup broken cashews
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small package chow mein noodles
- Ramen noodles (1 package) broken into small pieces
- DRESSING:
- 1 package Ramen seasoning (beef) from noodle package
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Step 1
Combine all salad ingredients.
Blend all dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad just before serving.
