Cheesecake (micki)

Ingredients

• 1-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup butter(1 stick)melted
• 3 eggs
• 2 8 oz. cream cheese soft
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 3 cups sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Base of cheesecake

combine graham cracker crumbs,walnuts,cinnamon and melted butter.Push onto base-keep a little for sprinkling on top of cheesecake

Mix cream cheese,eggs,sugar vanilla,almond extract ,beat until smooth.
then add 3 cups sour cream and mix well.
bake 375 degrees for 1 hour

cool
fridge overnight or about 8 hours to settle.
