Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of live oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder
- 1 can (14.5 oz)low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (14,5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 1/4 pounds of boneless chicken breast,cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 box 10 oz of frozen corn
- 2 can 15 oz eash of cannelline beans
- 3/4 tsp of salt
- shredded cheese for topping

Step 1
heat oil in a large pot over med heat. add onion and green pepper cook stirring for 5 min. stir in cumin,coriander and chili powder,cook 1 min. stir in chicken broth and tomatoes bring to a simmer. add chicken cover and simmer over low heat for ten min. untill chicken is cook through. stir in corn,beans and salt into the pot heat through. top with chedder cheese
